Thank you for visiting our site. EQUUS Realty is a local Northeast Florida company that was born approximately 12 years. We have offices in St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and are planning an office in Waycross Georgia this year. As we look into the future, we see further expansion in St. Johns and Putman Counties. 

The foundation or our company is based upon customer satisfaction and professional education of our staff. We believe in treating everyone equally and doing our best to make home buying and selling a pleasant experience. Our Realtors are members of the local Board of Realtors as well as the State and National Association of Realtors. Our goal is not just to be a real estate agent but YOUR real estate “Professional”.

In addition to our professional real estate sales staff, we offer professional residential real estate appraisal services. EQUUS Realty is affiliated with Boney & Johnson Appraisers whose staff of 17 Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisers has been appraising homes in North East Florida and surrounding areas since the mid 1980’s.

EQUUS Realty is a member of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce and we support several local charities. We strive to better our community for the future of our children.
